ART-OBJECTS > SPHERIC OBJECTS
Circles and spheres are marvelous shapes, so it is no surprise that they elicit interest and attempts to be understood. There are many examples of Nature taking circular forms, such as bubbles, fruits or drops.
Spheres with Holes fascinated me by rolling on the grass, hanging on the treetops or just laying unsecured on the ground.
When children entered inside it brought another dimension to the sculpture. I was excited and wanted to fill up our sculpture park with more spheres of 1 metre diameter, make a socket and play marbles with them. That is exactly what I enjoy about making sculptures: the moment when the sculpture "comes alive".
